B-Squad Softball Wins D-E Tournament

On Saturday, May 12, the B squad softball team were the champions of the DE Tournament with a tight win vs. Chatfield 5-2 and a big win vs. DE 18-3. Congrats!

PEM Baseball Ups Record to 11-3

P-E-M Baseball gets a win over Caledonia on Tuesday night, 10 to 2. Cory Speer pitched well, a complete game 5-hitter with 4 K's and only 1 walk. P-E-M played some solid defense and had 13 hits to dominate the Warriors from the start of the game.

JH Track Conference Meet

The junior high track and field teams competed in the Three Rivers Conference Championships on Saturday. The meet consisted of the 8 conference teams and was held in St. Charles. The meet consisted of 7-9 grade athletes and each grade had a chance to competes against athletes from their own grade. It was an extremely successful day for the Bulldogs as they finished with 2 first place finishes and a 2nd place finish in the meet.

PEM Boys Golf Team Win Own Invitational

Friday, April 20th was a good day for the PEM Boys Golf team. The weather was perfect for an early evening golf meet. The PEM boys varsity hosted Wabasha-Kellogg, Dover-Eyota, Pine Island and Stewartville to play 9-holes at Piper Hills Golf Course.

W-K Downs PEM by Just One Stroke and Splits with L-A

Plainview-Elgin-Millville golf teams travelled to Lewiston-Altura on Tuesday, April 24th to enjoy a very nice evening at the Lewiston Country Club. PEM girls came up short losing to last year's state champions 179-230.

Successful Week for Bulldogs with 3 Wins

P-E-M Baseball had a successful week going 3-0 during the 4th full week of action in the Three Rivers Conference. P-E-M beat Fillmore Central 16 to 6 in a 5-inning game on Monday night, followed by a 2 to 0 win over Chatfield on Thursday, and then the Bulldogs closed the week with a 13 to 0 victory over Rushford-Peterson.

What a night! If you were not able to witness the track and field True Team section meet in Red Wing last evening, you missed a spectacular array of team strength from the PEM boys and girls teams. The effort given by each athlete was above and beyond amazing and PEM proved they were the "truest" teams in Section 1AA for boys and girls as they took 1st place section team titles. Both Bulldog teams now advance to the True Team State Meet on Saturday, May 19th at Stillwater High School.
